Hi Team,
We are using part#MPQ4313GRE-AEC1-Z in our design. Our specs are mentioned below:
Vin stable = 24V
Vout desired = 19.7V
Iout desired <=45W
Fsw set = 470Khz
Our query is whenever we interface the tablet with our board we are seeing continuous restarting of buck converter. We saw that there is Voltage dip upto 5V & dip time was 60ms on Vout rail of the buck converter repeating itself continuously after every ~1sec. We tried to increase the bulk capacitors, also we tried to increase the switching frequency to 1Mhz but no result. We also increase the Inductor from 10uH to 15uH & adjusted the bulk cap accordingly but the same results.
We also tried by populating feed forward capacitor assuming problem in feedback loop stability with the values of 18pF to 100pF but we got the same results.
Could you please help in identifying the problem in this part ?
The same design works perfectly when I soldered compatible part#MPQ4436.
