I have an application to use the MIE05W0505BGYE that per the datasheet has CB Certification According to IEC 62368-1. The Intertek test lab said they required me to provide the certificate number for them to confirm this part is certified. Over the past two weeks I have requested this information twice on the Contact MPS form plus one call to the customer service. The only response from the Contact MPS was confirming my request was received. The customer service agent was to call me back with the information. Still no call. If this part has a certificate number, then I would like to see it. If the datasheet was in error and the part in not certified, then I need to know that so I can find another part. Any help is appreciated.
