BZP - Marking code

Hi!

I’m trying to decode and find the datasheet for a component marked BZP. I’ve found that it corresponds to NB692FGD‑Z, but the marking AYK also seems to refer to the same NB692FGD‑Z, which is confusing. Are BZP and AYK actually the same part?

BZP and AYK marking codes correspond to different parts:

  • BZP- NB692FGD (8 Amps)
  • AYK- NB692GD (6.5Amps)

Correct, both NB692F and NB692 parts are P2P.
