Hi, can MP2760 or MP2650 work standalone without use I2C?

Unfortunately those parts are only single time programable for non-volatile memory, which happens at the factory. That means that unless the default values in all of the registers work for your application, then you will need an I2C connection to configure the part once installed.
However, we can create a custom configuration for the non-volatile memory that gets programed at the factory. That way, all the settings will be what you need, and no I2C lines are needed to configure it. You can create a ticket on the technical support site below to get that process going.
