We are working on the Auxiliary power supply for OBC.
Design Parameters are listed below.
Input voltage range 9-16 V
Output Power 9.11 W
Output voltage 21.00 V
Output voltage regulation ±1 %
Output voltage ripple < 25 mV pk-pk
Isolation 4.00 kVA
We are looking for a ACEQ flyback Driver IC for the 14 output converter, which providing the bias supply for the SiC gate driver.

Sorry, I am a little confused about what you are looking for. Do you need an AECQ flyback driver ic or device to bias the supply of the SiC gate driver?
