Below are θJA and θJC from MPM54304 datasheet (datasheet link):

θJA is defined as the thermal resistance from the junction to ambient temperature.

θJC is defined as the thermal resistance from the junction-to-case temperature on the bottom of the package.

・θJC(Θjc bottom): 23℃/W(JESD51-7), 14.4℃/W(EVM54304-MN-00A)
