We have received an inquiry from a customer regarding the thermal resistance of MPM54304GMN-0001.
Please provide the thermal resistance values ​​ of MPM54304GMN-0001 listed below.
・Θjc top
・Θjb
・Θjc bottom

They are not listed in the datasheet.

Below are θ_JA and θ_JC from MPM54304 datasheet (datasheet link):

θ_JA is defined as the thermal resistance from the junction to ambient temperature.

θ_JC is defined as the thermal resistance from the junction-to-case temperature on the bottom of the package.

The customer wants to know the value for the thermal resistance(Θjc top)of MPM54304GMN-0001.
Please provide the value for the thermal resistance(Θjc top) of MPM54304GMN-0001.
・Θjc top: ??℃/W(JESD51-7), ??℃/W(EVM54304-MN-00A)
・θJC(Θjc bottom): 23℃/W(JESD51-7), 14.4℃/W(EVM54304-MN-00A)

Do you have any information about Θjc top?
