Please provide the thermal resistance values ​​ of MPM54304GMN-0001 listed below.
・Θjc top
・Θjb
・Θjc bottom

They are not listed in the datasheet.

θJA is defined as the thermal resistance from the junction to ambient temperature.

θJC is defined as the thermal resistance from the junction-to-case temperature on the bottom of the package.

The customer wants to know the value for the thermal resistance(Θjc top)of MPM54304GMN-0001.
Please provide the value for the thermal resistance(Θjc top) of MPM54304GMN-0001.
・Θjc top: ??℃/W(JESD51-7), ??℃/W(EVM54304-MN-00A)
・θJC(Θjc bottom): 23℃/W(JESD51-7), 14.4℃/W(EVM54304-MN-00A)

Do you have any information about Θjc top?
