Can you please share the IBIS models for the PMIC.
MPN : MP1530DM-LF-Z
Apologies for the delay. We are still waiting on a response from the AEs regarding this, but my FAE colleagues and I have not encountered nor found any IBIS models for the MP1530 series. What kind of results are you trying to find with an IBIS file of this PMIC? Is there any information from run tests that you may need that we can provide perhaps?
Once the AE I have inquired about this respond with otherwise, I will update you in this thread.
I want IBIS model for the Signal Integrity test purpose
If you have alternate part IBIS model then it is also ok. Please give response as soon as possible.
As of now, all I have are Small Signal Bode Plots for the MP1530 using the DC/DC Designer tool. If this tool supplements your signal integrity testing, then please customize these characteristics to your end application.
For an example, using this tool here are the input parameters and the resulting Bode Plots in the “Small Signal” window:

I hope this helps in the meantime for some basis of reference for your signal integrity testing while we await the AE’s response regarding an IBIS model.

I just got word back from our AE team that there are no IBIS models for the MP1530. The DC/DC Designer tool is the only reference. Hopefully this is enough.
