the product features are as follows:
Input 230V
output 48Vdc in constant voltage for 7A (or 300W)
the ballast must be placed in an aluminium container with Ip67 sealing, so dissipation is very important.
downstream of the power supply there are 5 dc/dc of 1.2A that drive series of leds up to 36V
efficiency > 92%.
I take for granted a pfc+llc control but I am open to suggestions on this.
it is very important to have low cost passive components, there are no particular requirements for dimming or digital control
thank you far all
Can’t you just go buy that off Digikey? Failing that Vicor modules are an expensive but pretty efficient solution. How many are you going to be building to justify the immense NRE expense.
Hello,
Welcome to the MPS forum. I see you are inquiring about AC/DC with the following requirements:
230 Vac input
48V DC output @ 7A (~336W)
You can use our AC/DC Quick Search tool to narrow down your selection.
From your requirements, I believe the HR1204 can fit your needs. We have a reference design for this part, and although it is not the exact specifications it can give a good idea on how the part operates as well as insight into the expected BOM cost.
