24V/10A/240W smps design blockdiagram and ics

HI MPS team, I want to design an industrial smps as below instructions. can anyone suggest me the process with block diagram?

  1. Input Voltage (Vin) Nominal: 240Vac/50Hz
  2. Input Voltage Range: 85-265Vac/50Hz
  3. Output Voltage at No Load: 24V and 10A (240W)
  4. *Output Short Circuit Protection OVER VOLTAGE AND OVER CURRENT PROTECTION
    I follow this EVHR1203-Y-00A evolution board but this is 12V output.

The EVB schematic would be largely the same as shown in the EVB datasheet:

The main difference would be to use a different transformer for the application. Also be sure to adjust any component sizing, output voltage along with current limits/threshold settings, current limits, and other significant mentions the HR1203 datasheet mentions.

I would highly encourage you to use the LLC Design Tool as the design with ICs like this are exceedingly complex.
