MPQ8636GLE-10 voltage step from 4.5V to 18V; expected thermal output of 1W; theta J-C 9
I am modeling this component and am looking for some clarity on what case the datasheet’s theta J-C is referencing. Is the 9C/W referring to the resistance to the top side of the component or the board side of the component? If this is referencing the top side, what value can we expect for theta junction to board?
