OTP is recommended to be done by the factory once you have confirmed your register settings. If you would like to test out different register settings, then please use our GUI and write your register modifications to volatile memory (not to non-volatile memory or NVM) while the MPQ4242 is powered on. Our GUI for MPQ4242 can be found here: Virtual Bench Pro 4.0
