MPM3833C 17-18 PIN and Suggested Footprint

  1. On the datasheet drawing it is said “NO PCB METAL TRACE” on these area even mechanically.
  2. Pads are not shown on the Recommended Footprint.
  3. But pins 17 and 18 they do really exist.

Does it really means that we don’t even should draw the pads for the 17 and 18 pins?

Yes, that is correct. Please do not have any electrical connection to pins 17 and 18.
