Is it possible to ty the Vin directly to the enable pin.

I’m assuming you mean MP2459, the 55V/0.5A rated buck converter. Unfortunately, the enable pin is limited to 6V. Please take a look at the Absolute Maximum Ratings on page 2 of the datasheet.
