Is it possible to modify the EVL8009 output to 24V instead of 12V? Can we just change the feedback resistor divider or is there a different power transformer needed? If yes, what transformer would you recommend?

You can modify the EVL8009 to output 24V instead of 12V. However, you will need to change both the FB and power transformer. The higher Vout will require a higher Lpri inductance.
