I have a serious problem with a PCB I made using MP6532 to drive a brushless motor (DC 15V, 3 phases, Hall sensors arranged at 120°).
But unfortunately the motor does not rotate, no operational symptoms (see attached image “PCB”)
So I bought this EV6532-F-00A evaluation board on Mouser to find the problem, but I couldn’t get this EV6532 board to work either, the motor doesn’t rotate even though I made the connections correctly (see attached image “EV6532”). So identical problems.
I have to complete an important and urgent project that I need to market at Christmas, and I need to get at least the EV6532 board working, in order to understand the solution and then get my PCB working too.
What I ask is:
- In my PCB diagram, I excluded the OCP protection in the MP6532 by inserting the 100K resistor between the OCR pin and the VREG pin, but the motor does not rotate, no operational symptoms. Are all my PCB connections correct?
- In the EV6532 board I made the connection with the same brushless motor (DC 15V, 3 phases, Hall sensors arranged at 120°), but it doesn’t work. Are the connections I made in the EV65532 correct?
- I need you to tell me where the error is in the connections, what I have to do to make the EV6532 work, perhaps it would be much better if you graphically show me the corrections to be made in the connections.
NOTE1: I am also attaching the datasheet of the engine I am using
