Did you mean for a specific battery type? Then you would need to ask the battery manufacturer for that information.
For the charging profile of the a specific charger you can look in the DS. For example, for the MP2667:
I do not know what you mean by the excel / MATLAB profile plot. Did you mean for data collection? If so, MPS does not have that.
