Why the use of a Cff capacitor can lead to problems?

The Cff is used to improve the loop response by adding a zero at a specified location that is relative to the value of the capacitor and the feedback resistors.
Ideally we want that zero to fall within a set frequency band to grant us the best benefit. The range of frequencies and equation for calculation are typically given in the datasheets for the IC of choice.
